A founding partner of the firm, Sergio graduated in Law from the University of Bologna and practised with lawyer Paolo Caprara, becoming a partner in 2001. Sergio focuses on civil law in general and specifically on commercial, corporate and industrial law. He has gained significant experience assisting companies in litigation and out-of-court, dealing with acquisitions, drafting of shareholders’ agreements and, more generally, extraordinary corporate transactions. Sergio has also been dealing with insolvency and civil liability proceedings and has significant experience in arbitration. Sergio speaks French and English fluently.
